Putting a Call on Hold
Press the "Red" Hold Button
The telephone will show you in the display which line you are putting on hold.
Picking up a Call from on Hold
Press the "Red" Hold Button
The telephone display will then show you which line or lines are currently on hold. Key in the line number that you want to pick up. You will then be connected to the call that has been holding for you.
To set the system time:
Press the PROG/HELP key
Press the HOLD key
Enter Password 456 followed by #
Press 1 for system function
Press 4 for system clock and calendar
Press 1 to set the time and date
Enter the time in 12 hour format Ex:10:00=1000
Press # to confirm
Select AM or PM with the scroll (arrow) keys Press # to confirm
Press SPEAKER key to exit programming

To set the system time (from ext 10 or 11)
Press the Feature button then 0 , 0
Press the Left Intercom button 2 times
Press # 103
Enter a new time in 24-hour notation (for ex: 2:15 p.m. is 1415)
Press 0, 0 to exit programming
